Forest of Three Trees : In 100 Words

"The wood was nearly ordinary once. Oak, zushen, and birch trees primarily grew there. Each had their uses, and the Forest of Three Trees was quite famous throughout the known world -- an economic triumvirate, as it were. Oak for building, zushen leaf fibers for weaving, and the bark of the birch could be processed into a kind of rudimentary parchment. "

Orglawn paused and gazed at us, bright eyes expectant. To his way of thinking, most teaching came down to one of two things -- stories or questions.

"Well, young ones? How did our Wood come through the fire?"
